By: Edith Ponce...Have You been lately stressed, worriedly, or depressed?

It is a really worried situation, the high grade about depression among young people, I have been reading about and according the specialists say that this will be a pandemic, in other countries, the governments are attacking this situation that will affect in the future to the citizens with ajedrez classes, because is a strategic game to help to people find solutions or relax, but in Mexico government just thinks that psychology is the future profession. 

What about the Mexicans' mind…it is a worriedly situation!.

  1. The stress is a grave problem that affects kids and adults in the entire world, we need to relax us, take vacations, and we do not need a fast lifestyle, we can avoid it, you always have the choice, you think in this subject when you are worried in the school, work etc.

  2. Yes it's in you if you want to feel that way, no one can get of depression if they don't want to. If you want to feel better you can jog, or go to a park and walk, swim, run, go to the gym, yoga, there's a lot of stuffs you can do to get out of a depression or stress. But here in Mexico everyone need fast solutions to something that needs a process

  3. In my case I get stressed about school, job, but i try forget them and i think in different things and sometimes when i feel this manner i listen to music. I read this.... *Different people may feel stress in different ways. Some people experience digestive symptoms. Others may have headaches, sleeplessness, depressed mood, anger, and irritability.So you can avoid more serious health effects.

  4. I feel stress cause i live in a complete school life i dont find time for me to relax and do things that I like, the Uni consumes always all my day and then I need to work in short times for school stuff and food in school.
